I'm 84 years young and I work at night delivering an early morning newspaper route. For the past few weeks climbing the apartment stairs was getting harder and I needed a mid afternoon nap. This stuff is amazing! I live in Scottsdale, AZ with 100 degree temperature and have a problem with dehydration when the temp's get high, especially if I am outside for any length of time. Sunday before last I was visiting the prison's, which I do every Sunday as service work. Visitations are 3 hours and held outside in a picnic area. It was 109 degree's that day, then I had to get into my vehicle which had also set out in the sun for 3 hours and was up to 150 degree's inside. Low and behold my A/C went on the blink so no cool air all the way home, which was another 35 minutes. By the time I arrived at my house I was having a heat stroke and blacked out!

Hello all:

Wow is all I can say.Alice and i received our samples late Thursday evening so we waited until Friday morning to take any. Alice had a major headache from a severe weather system that was moving in and within 5 minutes of taking the A.C.T her headache was gone. I am a currency trader so I had stayed up until 5:30 A.M. and had gotten back up at 7:30 A.M. and was feeling a little down. I took my A.C.T. and its now 2:30 P.M. and am still going strong. I have been on A.C.T for 5 days now and love it! I feel the difference in about 20 minutes. Based on the testimonials that I had heard, I think that I was perhaps expecting some kind of zingy, tingly experience from A.C.T.
What I found was actually more subtle and much better than that.
What I have found with A.C.T. is that rather than giving me a stimulant "high", what A.C.T. does give me is a steady, even, nervous-free, (i.e.no jitters) sense of clarity, focus, and energy without any kind of build up or let down.

It's rather difficult to explain because it is so subtle, but that is one of the great things about it. Another thing I have noticed, and again it's not something I was not looking for since I have no weight issues whatsoever (I am 5'6" and weigh 120 lbs.) nevertheless, I have found that my appetite has subtly decreased - not like when one takes a diet pill and it simply kills one's appetite altogether - but rather, I just don't feel like "grazing" throughout the day like I used to, nor do I seem to feel a need to eat as much at any given meal as I used to.

I have decided that the ACT "FEEL GOOD" drink is awesome!
It took a while to really have a noticeable effect but WOW!
I have been staying with my parents at night and sleeping very little because I sleep with a baby monitor in my room to hear Daddy. He has terminal lung cancer and his breathing is so loud that it is hard to sleep. Once it sets up a type of rhythm, I can doze off. When he stops breathing loudly by either waking up or rolling over, I jump out of bed to check on him so I don't get a lot of sleep.

I had only about 5 hours of restless sleep yesterday when I got back home. We had to go to my Granddaughter Jenna's dance recital and I was totally exhausted. I thought I would kill for a little bit of sleep but knew I would probably feel worse. I mixed up a scoop of the ACT in 8 oz. of water, drank it over ice instead of the Coke I had planned to drink and in about 30 minutes, I felt refreshed and ready to go!

It is not a buzz kind of feeling and I think that is where some people are thinking it isn't working. For me, it is just a feeling of well being and comes all over me. I was able to keep going wide open for another 6 hours or so and felt great. The best part is that I love the taste and am starting to prefer it to the Diet Cokes I have been chugging like crazy. Well I started drinking A.C.T. and didn't think I was feeling anything. Normally, when I get home at the end of a day I just want to get a bit to eat and relax cause I'm just plain tired.
After two days of drinking A.C.T.
